Testify in court if necessary.
Vehicle Theft and Hi-Jacking.
Interviewing and obtain statements from the client, last driver and witnesses.
Credit enquiry on client and insured.
Inspect crime scene and take photographs.
Obtain vehicle values, de-registration forms and settlement letter.
Vehicle Fire Investigations.
Determine origin and cause of fire.
Conduct and inspect the following:
Visits SAPS.
Interview Investigating Officer and confirm date, time, place , engine and VIN numbers.
Obtain Documentation where possible such as, SAPS Docket, Postmortem reports, Blood test results, Hospital records and relevant case information
We will also obtain a circulation letter stating none recover if vehicle was stolen / hi-jacked.
